Orders:
You may place your order in person, by mail, by fax or by telephone. Merchandise is shipped within 48 hours of receipt of your order (subject to warehouse stock).

Back Orders:
Any merchandise that is out of stock at the time of order will be automatically back ordered and shipped as soon as available.

Non-stock items:
Items that are not reflected in our catalog as stock will require a 50% deposit and are not cancelable nor returnable.

Pricing:
Prices are subject to change without advance notice.

Terms:
Payment may be made by money order, cashier’s check, company check, cash or open charge account. Checks returned for any reason are subject to a $30.00 charge.

Open accounts:
To establish a Net 30 account. A completed credit application must be submitted and approved. Credit references will be verified. No further credit will be extended to any account with a balance over 15 days past due.

Shipping:
Orders will be shipped F.O.B. our facility via UPS or common carrier. Once your order has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted. If you prefer you may pick up your order at our warehouse. Please call to verify pick-up.

Damage:
In the unlikely event of damage, shortage or other discrepancy, you must notify us within three working days of receipt of the order, otherwise we cannot be held responsible.

Returns:
Returns must be authorized by us. There is a 20% restocking fee. Credit will be issued once the merchandise has been returned to our facility. If you refuse shipment, you will be responsible for any freight charges in addition to any restocking charges.

Due to the nature of the material and process used for the products, all dimensions and product specifications may have slight variations.
